Our position is, that it is really all ABOUT YOU and not ABOUT US.

Thank you, for giving us this opportunity to tell you a little about ourselves and what we do.  Based in Central New York State, Signal Technology Group got its start in 2000. At that time, we were a couple of people that saw an opportunity to fill a growing void in one-on-one customer service for small to large clients in the telecommunications industry. That is why we say it is all about YOU — because client satisfaction is our top priority.

Our client list includes but not limited to banking, manufacturing, retail, services groups, health care practices, and hospitals, as well as several auto dealerships.  At this point, you may be asking, “How much is this going to cost?” The good news is when you select one of the proposed options; the selected provider will pay us a residual. The residual continues as long as you are under contract with the provider. All providers provide similar residuals so we can remain autonomous. The on-going residual funds our post installation client advocacy. We remain in place to make sure the provider honors their commitment to you.  If they do not, we will escalate on your behalf to resolve the issue or if necessary find a better solution.  Most contracts have terms that allow clients to terminate without penalty if performance issues persist and are not resolved satisfactorily. Another facet of our business is to conduct network audits for clients so they can better negotiate pricing and terms with their current providers. In those cases, our clients will pay us a percentage of the savings they achieve due to our involvement and support of their savings objective.  We look forward to demonstrate our value to YOU!
